Before you book

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Physiotherapists in Ontario can assess and treat you directly, so you can book without a referral. Some insurance plans ask for one to reimburse, so check your policy.

Will my insurance cover it?

Most extended health plans cover physiotherapy. We bill many providers directly, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield and Blue Cross, plus MVA and WSIB claims.

How soon can I be seen?

Immediate appointments are often available. Request a time and we’ll confirm the earliest opening.

Where do I park?
